… And I’m back! Yep, Gizmo here again. Time to post today’s photo for the 365 Day Photo Challenge I’m participating in. Here it is:

Playing ball is one of life's great pleasures!

That’s me again, in this picture. Have I mentioned how much I like playing ball? Just throw it as fast and hard as you can… and 9 times out of 10, I’m right there ready to catch it on the first bounce! My dad says I’m a superstar athlete. All I know is, I love to have fun chasing the ball over and over.

That’s one thing you should know about Boston Terriers. We have a lot of energy and we love to play. And as long as the weather isn’t too hot or too cold, we love to be outside in the fresh air too. Mom says all this playing outdoors is good for my health too. It keeps my weight down, my muscles firm and my coat glossy.

Actually, I like to chew on tennis balls too. They’re kind of squishy and just the right size to get my mouth around. Now that I have a sister, Black Lab Cheyenne, my Dad has to throw 2 balls at a time, so we don’t fight over the ball. I’m fast, but Cheyenne is usually even faster. Of course, her legs are longer than mine, so it’s not quite fair.

Sometimes, Cheyenne and I even chase each other with the ball. It’s a fun game!
